Ordinance 2020-29:  An Ordinance Rezoning Certain Property Located in the Class U-1 Single-Family District to Class U-2 Public Buildings District, Amending the City Zoning Map and Map Designations, Submitting the Proposed Zoning Change to the Voters of the City of Pepper Pike, and Declaring an Emergency.   First Reading.


  1. Ordinance 2020-25:  An Ordinance Amending Certain Sections of the Zoning Code of the City of Pepper Pike to Modify Requirements of the U-2 Public Building District and Enacting New Chapter 1275, Site Development Plans. Second Reading.
