Police Patrol Officer Test

The Pepper Pike Police Department is currently establishing an ongoing list for Patrol Officer. All candidates must take the FrontLine National exam through National Testing Network prior to March 31, 2021.

The department requires the candidate to complete the Personal History Questionnaire (PHQ) and Public Safety Self Assessment (PSSA).  You can access these questionnaires through your candidate account.  NTN suggests completing the PHQ and PSSA as soon as possible so there is not a delay in your process.

Pepper Pike Police Department offers full testing services for the position of Patrol Officer through National Testing Network (NTN). To register with NTN and schedule a test, go to www.nationaltestingnetwork.com, select ‘Find Jobs’, then select Law Enforcement Jobs and sign up for Pepper Pike Police Department.

Test Scores will be accepted through March 31, 2021.

When you visit the www.nationaltestingnetwork.com website:

  • Complete the NTN registration process and schedule your test.
    • Review all information related to the Pepper Pike Police Department (Patrol Officer), including minimum requirements, salary, and benefits.
  • Review detailed information about the testing process.
  • Review the Frequently Asked Questions and take an online practice test (if desired).

Upon completion of your scheduled exam, scores are automatically forwarded to the Pepper Pike Police Department. Candidates who attain a passing score on the entry level exam will be placed on Pepper Pike Police Department’s eligibility list.  Pepper Pike Police Department will contact candidates on the list and will invite them to participate in further stages of the selection process.

National Testing Network is a service provided to conduct entry level testing in a standardized, professional environment. National Testing Network does not replace the Pepper Pike Police Department’s responsibility and decision making in the testing process.   All candidate results are provided to Pepper Pike Police Department where the final decisions are made.  The City of Pepper Pike is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
