By joining the registry, you can provide vital information about yourself or a loved one, such as:
- Medical conditions or disabilities (e.g., Autism, Alzheimer’s, Down Syndrome)
- Communication preferences
- Emergency contact details
- Triggers or calming strategies
This confidential information will be securely stored and only accessed by our officers to ensure respectful and effective responses. Participation is completely voluntary, and you can update your information anytime.
